Innovation et maîtrise du processus BIM

Nous travaillons à la fine pointe de la technologie, allant du scan 3D de bâtiments existants à la création de maquettes numériques BIM (Building Information Modeling, ou Modélisation de l'Information du Bâtiment). Sur cette base, nous développons l'ensemble du projet, depuis les concepts préliminaires jusqu'aux documents d'exécution.

Projet Montréal - Bâtiment 1915 Voici un immeuble de 1915 à Montréal. Son relevé par numérisation 3D (nuage de points) a permis de créer une maquette numérique, servant de base au développement de diverses propositions d'aménagement pour le client.
